Anti-Racist Resources
A list of sources addressing racial disparities in health, housing, homelessness and more.
Every day, we commit ourselves to bring health care, human services and shelter to homeless individuals and families. So, it is not enough for us to be non racist. We must be actively anti-racist. And therefore reflect on how well our mission addresses structural racism and inequity.
At CFH, almost 80% of our patients are persons of color. So, in addition to providing services, we must also address the social determinants that result in poorer health outcomes.

However, self-education is only the first step. At CFH, we believe strongly that everyone deserves high quality health care and we work every day to walk the talk.
